Founded by Steven Dunbar in 2007, Ivy Properties has successfully brought more than 1,000 rental units to market on behalf of their Partners and Clients. With a breadth of expertise gained from working in a diverse array of housing types in vastly different settings, Steve expertly guides all aspects of the development process, including project planning, financial analysis, governmental approvals, financing, construction, marketing, and ongoing management.
